Hubby doesn't want to go to any 8:00 shows because he is uncomfortable driving on the Ozark hills at night (we are staying at Tribesman on Indian Point).
So I went to reservebranson.com to check out what morning/afternoon shows are running during the week we'll be in Branson. Can you all give me some advice on what show(s) of the ones listed below would be worth our time & money? It would be me & my hubby and our 11 year old (soon to be 12) son. Thanks!Six Noah Clay Cooper Comedy Jubilee Red Hot & Blue Andy Williams & the Entertainers Country Tonight Platters Celebrate America #1 Hits of the '60's Pierce Arrow Bart Rockett Comets Duttons

Definately go see Six.... they are in the Hughes Brothers theater, and alternate who does an afternoon show - so you might be able to catch both shows.
There is taxi service in Branson - you could use the taxi service - or YOU could drive............ I feel that way about finding my way around in the corn fields of Illinois - my cousin got married in a large church, you could see it for miles away in the daytime, but the only landmarks were corners in the corn fields - we were concerned we'd get lost trying to find the reception, only a couple miles away - by someone elses corn field. ![]() |

Of your list, SIX and the Duttons would be among our first choices. Also, Noah is getting wonderful reviews. Other shows we've seen are #1 Hits of the 60s and Clay Cooper. They were both good shows, we just love SIX and the Duttons.
We've also seen Pierce Arrow's 8 pm show and my son, who is 14, still talks about it. So the 3 pm could be fun. We're off to see Comedy Jamboree in a few weeks. Hope my son finds it entertaining too. I find that if it has a decent comedian, he'll generally enjoy it. |

Andy is not performing with The Entertainers in the morning show. It's just the entertainers. My six year old grandchild loves the show. Very fast paced.

I would pick SIX and Pierce Arrow. Celebrate America is a good show but might not keep the interest of a 12 yr old. Unless he likes country music, Clay Cooper and Country Tonight might not be great choices as well. If he likes 60' music, #1 Hits of the 60's is a fast paced show, possibly a good choice. Only you know what peaks and keeps his interest.
Feel free to read my reviews of the shows on my website Bransonmom.com. The pictures there might give you a feel for what you'll be watching during the show. Hope this helps, Branson Dad ![]()

James Garrett has a morning show @ IMAX. The show is called Rocky Mountain High John Denver Tribute. James is in the show & it's really good. James also has another show @ IMAX that start's @ 5:00pm in the evening. The 5:00 show is called Strait Country. It's good to. It's an 1&1/2 hour show no intermission.
