Playtime pizza

Hi! Has anyone visited Playtime Pizza in Branson? They have an incredible deal on 2for1branson.com and wondering if it is anything like the Incredible Pizzas here? Do they have go-karts/miniature golf, etc?
Thanks,
Lynn

We haven't gone in over a year. You can search on the forum and you'll find a bunch of reviews. We never enjoyed the food there, and last time we went a lot of the games were down. Hopefully it's better now.

Incredible Pizza is a lot better place to go to then Playtime Pizza. I think it is worth the drive. I have been to Playtime Pizza two times and was disappointed cause a lot of the games were not working those two separate times. That is just my opinion though. I think some others here enjoyed it.

Obviously, it isn't Incredible Pizza, but a new place has opened in Hollister called Hollister Pizza Company. They don't have the big games (arcade and pinball) or go-karts, but they do have X-Boxes networked for the kids (young at heart adults) to play games on them. I'm pretty sure the games are free with the purchase of the Pizza Buffet. It's just off highway 65 at the Hollister exit on the SW corner of the interchange along with Cody's Convenience store, McDonalds, Harter House Grocery, etc.

Dont waste your time at Playtime Pizza. I have tried this place 5 or 6 times thinking I might have just caught it on a bad night previously. But unfortunatelly, It stinks everytime. The pizza tastes like cardboard with watered down tomato sauce on it. The only thing that helped the pizza was to put parmasan and hot pepper on it and the last time I went they had removed all the pepper and parmasan from the tables. I couldnt find any in the whole place. The salad bar is the only thing worth eating there.
I bet 40 to 50% of the games are broken. It has been like this everytime I have gone. Incredible Pizza or Chucky Cheese in Springfield is much much much better.
I really wish Playtime would get there act together. I think it could really do well if they would get someone that knows how to run it.

Just so you know, it's $10 a head at the HPC.

I agree 100% with you review on PTP.
If you just want a pizza buffet w/o the games, go to Pizza World.

Oh GREAT! NOW I read this! I wanted to do something I thought would be fun with my grandkids and I got us tickets for there!
This review really makes me look forward to it now! Cardboard pizza really sounds grand! Wish I had asked FIRST!

As bad as my review is on PlayTime Pizza, I must say that my grandchildren love going there. Kids seem not to care as much. Thats the only reason I have gone there as many times as I have.

It is if you include a drink and taxes, yes. But, it's about $7.50 if you go to McDonald's and get a meal with a large drink including taxes. An extra $2.50 for all you can eat isn't all that bad, especially if the pizza is any good. I haven't tried it, so I can't say anything to that.

I have tried it...and IMHO it's not-so-good...YMMV...
